High Thermal Efficiency Biofuel Machinery , Sawdust Drying Machine Rotary Dryer
It is applicable extensively for drying of alfalfa, straw, sawdust, wood shaving, manioc waste, melonseed, bagasse, hawthorn, rape seed cake, etc., with thermal efficiency as high as 80%, apparently higher than domestic similar equipments. According to the requirement of drying product, different heat sources can be adopted, such as directly-heated hot-blast stove, indirect hot-blast stove, heatconducting oil, electrical heating, steam, etc. This machine applies to drying of all kinds of lees materials with water content less than 85%.
It mainly consists of heat supply source, charging machine, feeder, revolving, cylinder, dischargingmachine, induced fan, discharger and power distributing cabinet. After post-dehydration wet material is plunged from one end of a dryer, materials are evenly distributed and dispersed in the dryer under stir of the shoveling plates uniformly distributed in internal drum, to fully contact hot air in cocurrent flo (contraflow), which expedites drying and heat transfer as well as mass transfer impellent. In drying process under action of slant shoveling plate and hot gas flow, materials adjustably move to the stellate discharge valve at the other segment of dryer to discharge finished product.
